1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any software, frameworks, or assets provided by Vaurins Game Dev, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all provisions outlined herein. These terms apply to all users, including individual developers, studios, and enterprise clients utilizing our proprietary technology stack.
2. License Grant & Restrictions
Vaurins Game Dev grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our game engines and assets for the development of your own interactive entertainment products. This license is strictly bound to the project scope defined during your initial subscription or purchase.
- Commercial use is permitted within defined project limits
- Redistribution of source code is strictly prohibited
- Modification of core engine files is not authorized
- Reverse engineering attempts will result in immediate account termination
Content Guidelines & User Conduct
Intellectual Property
All assets provided remain the property of Vaurins Game Dev. You retain rights to your original creations built using our tools, but pre-existing libraries remain proprietary. Copyright infringement claims are handled via DMCA protocols.
Prohibited Content
Users may not create content that promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities. Our platform enforces strict age-appropriate guidelines. Violations of these standards will lead to immediate service revocation and legal action.

3. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
Liability Disclaimer
Vaurins Game Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the six months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wexford, Ireland. By using our services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

4. Account Suspension & Termination
Vaurins Game Dev reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us at info@vaurins.com to request formal account deletion.
